NETGEAR wireless card HELP?
I reinstalled Windows XP and OS upgraded to version SP3. When I try to install my Netgear WPN311 Wireless PCI Adapter, the configuration utility will not work. When I try to install the wireless adapter configuration utility, Windows recognizes my adapter as an Ethernet controller. I tried to call support Technical netgear – No results. Can anyone help? Yeah, I already downloaded the latest driver from the Netgear website. Did not worked.?? Someone knows about netgear??
These can be a pain to install especially if you reinstalled the system Operating with the card in the computer! Here's the fix. 1. Go to Control Panel, System. Peripherals and find the map of the list. Highlight and remove it! 2. Stop the computer. 3. Open the computer and remove the system board 4. Start the machine and then in the race for the rest of the installation. 5. Install the software. 6. Shutdown and install the card in the machine 7. Starting the system – follow all instructions to complete the installation 8. Use your card.
